Changing the setting in the WINS tab of IPv4 settings doesn't work. Using commandline tools to enable it didn't work. Editing the registry in NetbiosOptions for the active Interface doesn't work. Network RESET didn't work. Verified that all the required Services are running. I can't seem to find any post anywhere that fixes the problem.
